New Zealand beef tenderloin + French meringue + Italian Parma ham

Ready to eat in an oven or air fryer.


cooking method

1. Thaw the Steak Wellington in the refrigerator at least 12 hours in advance

2. Remove the packaging (keep the oven paper), leave the beef tenderloin at room temperature for at least 20 minutes, and preheat the oven to 210 degrees

3. Sweep the surface of the meringue with egg yolk paste, put the Beef Wellington and the oven paper into the preheated oven

4. Heating time:

Rare (3 ripe): 17-22 minutes

Medium(5 ripe): 25-27 minutes

Well Done: 28-35 minutes

5. After the heating is completed, put it at suffocating temperature for about 10-15 minutes, and then it is ready to eat.
