1. Become Our Member
1.1 Members are required to register with their personal details or login with Facebook.
1.2 Membership cannot be changed after registration. Register as a new member with new purchase is required.
2. Membership & General Policy
2.1 Standard Membership (Without any purchase) will earn HK$20 after successfully registered, which will be invalid in 90 days.
2.2 Noble Platinum Membership is valid for 2 years since registration. For example, become Noble Platinum Member on 1 Jan, 2020, it will be invalid after 31 Dec, 2021.
2.3 Noble Platinum Membership will be automatically renewed with minimum accumulative purchase of amount HK$2500 during the membership period.
2.4 Forever Diamond Membership is valid for 2 years since registration. For example, become Forever Diamond Member on 1 Jan, 2020, it will be invalid after 31 Dec, 2021.
2.5 Forever Diamond Membership will be automatically renewed with minimum accumulative purchase of amount HK$5000 during the membership period.
2.6 Supreme Star Membership is valid for 2 years since registration. For example, become Supreme Star Member on 1 Jan, 2020, it will be invalid after 31 Dec, 2021.
2.7 Supreme Star Membership will be automatically renewed with minimum accumulative purchase of amount HK$7500 during the membership period.
2.8 Any exercise of membership rights and any members-related transactions including discount, birthday offers, other privileges and so on.
2.9 To protect member's rights, members are required to login before any purchase is made.
2.10 We are not responsible for any failure to apply or loss of discount, discount coupon, cash voucher, birthday offers and/or process any redemption arising from, voluntarily or involuntarily, including but not limited to network interruption or disconnection, technical device malfunction, forgot password and member account information has been compromised.
2.11 Should there be any dispute about the qualification of joining a membership. We reserve the right to the final decision.
2.12 We reserve the absolute discretion to refuse and/or revoke the registration of any applicant and to terminate and/or cancel the registration of such applicant for any reason whatsoever. In the event a membership is terminated by us for any reason(s), related discount, cash voucher will also be forfeited immediately.
3. Privileges
3.1 Member offers are applicable on most items except the indicated items listed on the description.
3.2 Member offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
3.3 For any purchase at our shop, members are required to log into their membership account to apply the discount, discount coupon, birthday offers and cash voucher.
3.4 Members will get free delivery service with minimum accumulative purchase of amount HK 600 or above, arrival is subject to the arrangement of logistics company.
3.5 Only Hong Kong members are eligible to enjoy free delivery privilege.
3.6 Cash coupon can only be used when the purchase is over HK$200 or above.
4. Birthday Offers
4.1 Birthday offers are applicable to valid VIP members only.
4.2 Members are required to log-in while applying Birthday offers.
4.3 Birthday offers are valid only in a member's birthday month.
4.4 Birthday offers are applicable on most items except the indicated items listed on the description.
4.5 Each coupon can be used once only and is non-transferable.
4.6 Birthday offers are non-refundable, neither can be redeemed for cash nor sold.
5. Others
5.1 We reserve the right to cancel or revise any birthday offers, Member, VIP Membership Program, and the Terms and Conditions herein at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Should there be any dispute, We reserve the right of final decision.
5.3 If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
